Comfortable and reliable Tiger hybrid bikes that are perfect for exploring the Stour Valley on road and along cycle trails.
Outfitted with easy-to-use gears, expertly designed to tackle even the steepest hills with ease. They also feature comfortable saddles, and effective brakes ensuring safety and control. This means you can indulge in an enjoyable, carefree ride for as long as your heart desires.
For your visibility and safety, each bike is equipped with twinklers and reflectors. Stands and water bottle holders are also fitted and a helmet and bike lock is included with all hires.
Each can be fitted with a child seat, tagalong or trailer. Enjoy cycling adventures with your little ones as well!

Teen Leisure Bikes

For your visibility and safety, each bike is equipped with twinklers (lights) and reflectors. Stands and water bottle holders are fitted to each bike and a helmet and bike lock is included with all hires.

Age Limit: 10 to 16 years
Height Limit: 5ft 6” maximum
Children’s Leisure Bikes
Children’s Tiger Hybrid bikes are perfect for exploring the Essex and Suffolk countryside.
Fitted with comfortable saddles and effective brakes ensuring safety and control. This means your children can indulge in an enjoyable, carefree ride for as long as your heart desires.
For your visibility and safety, each bike is equipped with twinklers and reflectors. Stands are fitted to each bike and a bike lock and helmet is included with all hires.

24” Frame: 8 to 11 years

Child Seat
We believe that cycling adventures should be accessible to the whole family. That's why we offer the option to add a high-quality child seat to your rental bike. Our child seats are designed for comfort and safety, giving you peace of mind while you and your little ones explore the scenic Stour Valley. Please note, this option comes at a small additional cost and is subject to availability. Ensure to add it to your booking in advance to secure this feature for your journey.

Tagalong
For older children who are ready for a more interactive biking experience, we offer the option of a tagalong. This is a half-bicycle that attaches to the back of an adult bike, allowing your child to pedal and experience the ride, while you retain control. It's a wonderful way to build confidence in young riders and allow them to be part of the adventure. As with all our optional extras, we recommend you add this to your booking in advance to ensure availability. Please note, this comes at a small additional cost. Enjoy the Stour Valley as a family with our tagalong option!

Child Trailer
In addition to child seats and tagalongs, we also offer child trailers. These sturdy and comfortable trailers attach to the rear of your bike, making it possible for even the smallest members of your family to join the journey. Each child trailer can take up to two children. Our child trailers are safe, secure, and offer a fun ride for your little ones. They are an excellent choice for longer rides or for children who may not yet be ready for a tagalong or child seat. As always, advance booking is recommended to ensure availability, and there is a small additional cost for this service. Experience the joys of Stour Valley together with our child trailer option!

Dog Trailer
At Stour Valley Spokes, we understand that adventures are better when they include every member of your family – even the four-legged ones. That's why we offer specially designed dog trailers for your furry friends. These secure, comfortable trailers attach to the back of your bike and provide a safe ride for your pet. It's an excellent way to bring your dog along for the journey, allowing them to enjoy the fresh air and scenery of the Stour Valley. Please remember to book this in advance to ensure availability. A small additional fee applies for this service. With our dog trailer option, no family member is left behind on your cycling adventure!
