All bookings must be made before 10pm the night prior to the intended hire date. This allows us adequate time to prepare your chosen bike, making sure it’s in top condition and ready for your adventure.
We offer full-day, weekend and weekly hire (weekend and weekly hire bookable through email).
You can collect your chosen bikes from our conveniently located pick-up point at Henny Riverside Camping in Great Henny between 9-10am. A courteous and welcoming member of The Cycle Hut team will be there, ready to assist and ensure you're swiftly on your way to your adventure.
You will be provided with helmet(s), high visibility jackets(s), bike lock(s), bike twinklers, a route map and any optional extras that you have requested (e.g., child seats, tagalongs & trailers etc.).

You must bring a UK photo drivers licence or passport plus proof of address with you.
All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (e.g., a parent or guardian). Lead hirer must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum age for using a using a bike solo is 7 years.
Please be aware that all of our bike rentals involve a certain amount of road cycling. However, we do offer a variety of routes that are designed to minimize road cycling, ensuring you spend more time enjoying the picturesque landscapes of the Stour Valley.
